- What you would like us to correct or remove.
Please do not send passwords, one-time codes or payment details.
What to expect
We may ask for limited details to confirm the request is yours. We’ll review the records we hold, take appropriate action and let you know if we need anything else or must keep certain records. We respond within the timeframe required by law.
When information must be retained
Some information may need to stay on record to meet legal requirements, resolve a dispute, protect the site or establish a legal claim. If so, we limit how it is used and keep it only as long as necessary.
